TORTOISE

Finds from Tortoise General store a few weeks ago. Some day I'll buy an entire Hasami dinnerware set from there... *___*

One of my only complaints about living in LA is how difficult my skin is here. Dry desert weather plus the disgusting air quality downtown has transformed my previously minimal effort beauty routine into a high maintenance ordeal that only barely staves off clogged pores and breakouts. This clay and charcoal face soap combined with an exfoliating towel is helping a lot right now but I think I need to look into new moisturizers as well. Any recs for super sensitive dry skin?

La Roche Posay Toleriane Riche! Amazing year round!!!! I live in Brooklyn and it majorly helped all winter with my incredibly dry nordic skin. It also majorly helps with controlling redness and doesn't clog my pores. Also free of parabens and few other yucky chemicals.

Living in LA, I know what you mean. I use Fresh's Seaberry oil every night before I go to sleep and in the mornings, combine it with my liquid foundation for a natural dewy look.

My skin is both sensitive and often dry, I like SkinMedica Ultra Sheer Moisturizer and Kiehls Rare Earth Pore Minimizing Lotion.

i find la roche toleriane fluide to be much more moisturising despite its more "liquid" consistency.

I live in Vermont which has brutally cold, dry winters. I use Shikai Borage Lotion.
