MONOCHROME

I'm wearing an old, no-brand t-shirt, my dad's pants cut into shorts and Marc by Marc Jacobs boots. Check out the beautiful Debbie Carlos print I just put up too.

The other day I felt like wearing some really obnoxious monochrome look but of course I don't own enough of any one color to pull that off in anything but shades of black or gray, so I ended up with this. It's the first time these boots have seen the light of day in about a year. I didn't realize how long it's been since I've worn anything with a heel until I wore these out and ended up huffing and puffing on the street. Guess it's time to start working out.

I'm trying to keep my wardrobe as dense and productive as possible, so throughout the summer I'll be putting things I don't wear often enough up on eBay. Check it out here.

Guess who watched Secretary this week? Now all I want to do is dress like Lee. Loose bowtie blouses, below the knee pencil skirts, clunky mary janes and a little bit of bondage. I've already got my Zana Bayne harness, time to start looking for the perfect bowtie blouse.

SPRING THINGS

Summer things would actually be more apt a title since we just had a 15 degree jump in temperature and tomorrow it'll be even hotter. Spring seems to have been eclipsed altogether but I don't mind as long as the sun is out. #1 on my summer wishlist is an ice cream maker.
