Spent a week after finals visiting my parents in Lihue. Beautiful scenery, disgusting bug bites, quiet beaches, monster avocados, and lots of laying around. I always look back on my visits with more fondness than they probably merit but it is nice to get away once in a while.

Sno cone! My dad's from Waimea, I always wondered why we ended up in snowy Canada instead. Bah humbug. Beautiful photos though, thanks for the reminder of a gorgeous spot.
