in which camille gets her party on

Only kidding. Sort of. My friend Sarah invited me to her school's homecoming on Saturday night.

pleasure principle dress (belted to be shorter), target tights, marni shoes

I don't have any pictures of myself at the dance but that's probably a good thing since I most likely made a fool of myself dancing the whole time. These 5 inchers were actually pretty good to my feet, no damage after 2+ hours of dancing, only sore thighs. Haha.

I promise you guys the shredded tee tutorial tomorrow! Be patient! :)

Very cute, I never though it was exactly possible to pull of tights with sandals, but you do it quite nicely :]

I love love love love love your outfit for the homecoming dance.
It is a relief to see someone that dresses in a less glitzy, pageant-y way to go to homecoming.
I was going to go to mine last night, but I couldn't go, last minute stuff to take care of.

You look fab, though, and hope you had fun!

the dress drapery is fantastic. And i agree with sammi-lise. Strapless mini dresses arent the only thing to wear.

Is that only one piece? I love how it's draped!

Wow it's stunning!

How does the dress work? Because it's so black I can't see the way it falls and the details of the dress. Any chance you could photography yourself in the dress again? :) I absolutely love this look.

Argh.

Photograph yourself. Not photography.

Pardon the typo. :/

You look gorgeous! Love the dress, and love love love the Marni's. I have a similar pair (same heel, have a pic of them in my blog), and was wondering, as you said they 'were actually pretty good to your feet', do you find them easy to walk in? I have yet to master 'the walk', and would welcome any tips ;) Hehe...

Man, you are one foxy 15/16 year old!!! I wore a pair of five inch heels to a party the other week, they were oddly really comfortable probably due to the massive platform.

Looking forward to the tutorial!!

in which camille out-fierces the competition with a dangerous stamp her marni heels and an inadvertently cold stare.

seriously i don't know how you're getting pleasure principle to fit you so well... everything looks like a blanket on me. the last time i ordered it online it looked like a sequel to revenge of the bedsheets in which sarah attempts to battle her way out of the bedsheet monster.

whowhatweardaily has a picture of one of the geldofs (i believe) in a faux fur vest like yours, but in white.

Wow, I wonder how they thought of you. You must've stood out, considering all the girls at the dances I've been to wear shiny little (and I mean little) pieces of fabric cheaply sewn together. You look amazing, and I'm looking forward to the tutoriaaal!
