I'm pretty sure the editorial was supposed to be an ode to Kate + Johnny.
The guy is another New Zealand model called Levi something, he was on holiday in London with his family and got "discovered" and ended up shooting an editorial for iD and a Topman campaign or something while he was there.
too bad she's really not a nice person at all :(
