dressing room shenanigans

after class this morning* i went out shopping with my friend sarah. she tried on an awful cute dress with a pixelated flower print. i was trying on a james perse tank (so soft!) and j brand jeans. we also had a lot of fun at forever 21 trying on some interesting ensembles. we didn't buy anything.

and here is what i actually wore today. thanks for taking the picture's, mom! :)
(note: this blogger is not photogenic.)

*
the deal with my schooling is that i'm primarily homeschooled by my mother which we do via textbooks or long distance learning courses, but for a couple subjects i take classes at a college.

Those pictures taken by your mom are really cool, you look like you're going to trek off through the arid countryside studying the wildlife or something. And looking awesome. :)

Camille, you are so cute! I wish I had your sense of style when I was your age (hell, I wish I had it now). Maybe you aren't exposed to bad style as much, since you don't attend a high school? I haven't been able to check my fave blogs for a while, and regarding the negative comments left on your blog:
I think you have a very unique way of mixing basic pieces, and create a look that's all your own. I check your blog when I need "can't go wrong" outfits with that extra something. You go girl..

firstly, I am not at all photogenic, although my own photographs say otherwise.

secondly, I was homeschooled too, for most of my life. It's quite fun. :]

I love the shoes! I tried them on when I was in America but couldn't justify that much for money for sandals, it wud be different if I lived somewhere hotter where I would actually be able to wear them often! lol They look great on you tho so now I kinda wish I had just got em anyway! Typical

The floral dress is really. special.

Your mom's pretty snazzy with the camera. My mom recently learned how to use a digital camera. It took her only a year to fully forget to look through the viewfinder and use the screen instead.

Other than of course you are looking very stylish (like always, though! hands down!), I wonder what is the reason you are home schooled. I can hardly imagine your daily routine, and does it not make it more likely to have more fights with your mom when hanging around too much? haha, I know, I may sound weird, I just really thought about that home schooling thing when I read about it here.

please tell me where u got that jumper!

Is that the Rogan for Target romper? If it is, it looks waaaay better on you than it does on me!

Oooh cute outfit, I adore! :) And hey, my schooling was pretty much the same! Except I graduated high school last year (early, at 16), so no more school at the moment! :D
