what i wore yesterday morning to shop nordstroms spring/summer clearance before their anniversary sale. i snapped a couple of pics while in the dressing room, sorry they're so blurry.

note the 3.1 phillip lim fringe dress & a. wang stuff hanging next to me. they didn't have my size left in pretty much everything but i was determined to try them on regardless.

& i would have worn the shoes sans socks, but my toes are in pretty bad shape... i held up in these shoes pretty well, except for a bit of wobbling on cracked, uneven sidewalks, they were a breeze.

they also had racks and racks of higher end stuff (miu miu, givenchy, lanvin, jil sander, marni, dres van noten, etc.) but i was too chicken to grab some pieces to try on that i didn't have the slightest chance of purchasing since they were so out of my price range (even on sale). i'm kind of regretting that now. i may have to go back later this week... ;)

you look great. your marni are to die for.
where I live there's no stores with big sales like nordstroms. it's bad

...Also Camille-Have you ever checked out Seams to Fit? Its just off 23rd and Raliegh I think...Its a designer ladies resale--TONS of quality and affordable stuff. Its where I bought my recent favorite--the high waist red tap pants that I have on my blog (see above post). Cheers! LuVvy

i like the shoes sans socks but you had a legit reason to wear em haha.
oh and i have been truly pondering that lately.. like how you and some other bloggers walk around in really high heels daily. :o
I just finally got these high gladiator sandals from nine west and i'm reserving those for special occasions.. i highly doubt i could walk in them to do shopping... ouch. but some bloggers/women pull it off soooo easy.

Oh my bb, the Marni's look great with socks. I love color contrast, so I definately support wearing them together. So, your bag...I'm in love. Like head-over-heels in love!

Uh oh, now I'm dreaming of going shopping...

Ok so I'm about you're age I think? 17ish and I was just wondering how in the world you could afford those to die for Marni heels and also how many pretty pennies did they cost you? Just reply on my blog at www.seventhavenueaustralia.blogspot.com

I would be forever grateful to hear from you!

Keep up the good work! S.A.A.
