another one of my recent buys this past week was this white blazer. i'd been on the hunt for the perfect white blazer for what feels like an eternity until i came across this one at nordstroms rack, the right size and everything. would it be cheesy to call it fate? ;)
don't mind my hair. i'm trying to grow it out and my bangs are such a weird length. it's really becoming such a pain i'm considering shaving my head. haha.

the coolest part about this blazer (in my opinion) is it's little 'built-in' vest. how cute! :)
also, it may seem that my outfits are becoming more suited for fall/winter, and it's because i'm taking a summer course that is at 8 in the morning which means i'm getting ready around 6:30/7, when it's still quite chilly out. later in the day i swapped this outfit with one a bit more summer weather appropriate.

Adorable--I love the built in vest. I just got a pair of thrifted Dr. Martens for $7 the other day but they are too small....thankfully shoemakers still exist so he's stretching them!

this is one of my favourite outfits so far on your blog - i love the way you have a suit on top, then the tough DMs on the bottom, yet it doesn't look messy but rather crisp and clean.

I'm loving the inner waist coat soooo much, I love when they have that, but it's not often done very well, tailoring wise. Yours looks excellent.
You are really inspiring me to get out my docs more often. The leather of mine has gone so soft now that they are amazingly comfortable, but they don't look as badarse as they used to, which sadens me a bit.

camille, i just had to respond to both his post, and one of the previous ones regarding people being "bored" of your look. you took their criticism in the best way, by holding your head high and being proud of your choices! part of the reason i know that i enjoy reading your blog so much is due to the fact that your style choices are so different from my own and other people's, but you have a very classic look and that is just as admirable as anyone else's.
the white blazer is a great find, classically elegant, wonderful!
Actually you would look great with a buzz cut or a short pixie hair cut. It would go well with your fashion sense, just my opinion. Try it! :)

Ahh another photo of the coveted doc boots! They seem to be popping up everywhere as if to tell me to purchase them. you pull them off so gracefully. hopefully ill have to courage to purchase them soon!
